Heart of Gratitude

I just saw a Thank you note on the internet and am sure it will go everywhere pretty soon.  It is one of the best thank you notes I have ever read and I love, love, LOVE it!  I would love to come up with something like this to show the depth of my gratitude toward someone else.  Since I saw this note on Facebook, I cannot link it to its true source(sorry, folks).  I need to show this to my children so they can see what a FABULOUS thank you note looks like (ha, ha).  Here is the child's letter.  Enjoy  (and you will)::

Leap Day

Leap Day is a funny thing.  Here are the ways to calculate whether or not it is a leap year:

In the Gregorian calendar 3 criteria must be met to be a leap year:

• The year is evenly divisible by 4;
• If the year can be evenly divided by 100, it is NOT a leap year, unless;
• The year is also evenly divisible by 400. Then it is a leap year

Did you know that fact of when it is not a leap year....but seems like it should be?  I heard about it just a few years ago, but still had to look it up today because it is not an often recognized detail by many.  

It boggles my brain a bit.  So instead of dividing by 576 different numbers, I will just join in on the silliness of the day and share a fun song to fill you with laughter and joy (as well as give recognition to a life lost:  Davy Jones of The Monkees).  This was my favorite song of The Monkees.  I love listening to their laughter and bantering during this song.  Honestly, I enjoy listening to it more than watching the video.
