Joy of The Wedding

I was on Facebook this morning when I saw a video being shared many, many times. Which means that you MAY have already seen it. However, it bears watching again and again and again. It is so cute and it made me so happy it spilled from my eyes, onto my cheeks and down to my desk. I couldn't help but watch this and think that this is how we will be on the streets of Heaven when our bridegroom has come and his bride is home. It is a true picture of the celebration we should feel because of the extreme joy we have in our Lord. The freedom and grace they have to celebrate the love between the bride and groom is wonderful!! I hope that you can enjoy it as much as I have:

The video keeps messing up, so in case it does again and you want to see it, click on this website:

You may also want to move the video cursor to skip the first 30 seconds...it is just talk and very hard to hear. I cannot understand all of the song, but the song, for me, is not as great as the entrance of the bridal party, the groom, and the bride.

A Great One

Z has a great big brother! E certainly loves it when Z hangs onto him and wants to follow wherever he goes:

Playing Along

We borrowed someone's Wii a few weeks ago. The kids (and the parents) enjoyed playing on it. Even little Z played along:

Crocodile Dock

For the summer, the kids from the 2's to Kindergarten are working with the VBS material called Crocodile Dock. We are doing it quite a bit differently, though. Instead of the lessons all being taught in one week, the stories and activities have been spaced throughout the entire summer. Our Wednesday night classes are only 45 minutes long, so this set-up works wonderfully. The Children's Ministry Intern and the Children's Minister worked very hard to transform the Nursery/Pre-K area. It looks fantastic:

Little Man Z

I cannot remember who gave us this adorable outfit when Z was born, but he finally got to the age and season where he could wear it. He looks like such a little man in it and we were sad that he has quickly outgrown it. Whoever gave it to us...thank you, again, for giving us this precious moment!
