The Call

E finally got it! He got the call!

He was so afraid that they had forgotten him.

No matter how old you are,

being chosen last (or close to it)

is always hard.

But knowing you are NOT

forgotten

is something to which you hold tight.

Revisitng Fun Times

We went back to Alabama a few weekends ago to visit friends, and revisit the places the kids romped and played and laughed and imagined. We did not get to see ALL of those places, but we enjoyed what we did get to do. The kids especially loved seeing their friends from the "old" neighborhood!
