In Like A Lion

March came in yesterday morning a little like a lion. We woke up to SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And though the streets were not covered and barely the grass at the time, we got a call that church was canceled. Soon after, I turned on the radio to hear the forecast for the rest of the day only to discover that the cancellation list was bigger than the forecast! Aaaaah~~~Snow in the south!!! Here is what it looked like for us on Sunday morning when we got the cancellation call:

<---The trampoline was covered and the chairs--> our pine cones and some leaves, but around 10 or so, the wind picked up and snow came down quickly and sometimes in a sheet that would sweep across our yard. I tried to get a video, but it does not look as hard and fast on the video as it did in real life!:

The kids enjoyed playing in it...esp the older two. By 11:30 the ground was covered possibly an inch...maybe more. The roads were all clear! By 12:30, almost all the snow was gone. We had a great time while it lasted, though!!!
